This website collects an email address and shows you words. The terms are short because the site is short. Product terms will exist when there is a product, and they will be written to match the commitments rather than quietly contradict them.
What this site is
Information about a product under development, and a waitlist. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a contract, or a guarantee that any described product will ship, on any date, with any particular specification.
Forward-looking statements
Luna does not exist as a shipping product. Specifications, prices and dates on this site describe what we are building toward. They will change. Where a page describes the product in the present tense it is describing the design we are committed to, and we have tried to say so explicitly on each page rather than leave you to infer it.
The waitlist
Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A queue position is not a reservation, not a purchase, and not a promise of allocation. We may change how the queue works, and if we do we will say so rather than adjust it quietly.
Accuracy
We cite sources for claims about other companies and about regulation. If we have something wrong, tell us at jack@dotcomjack.com and we will correct it in public. We would rather be corrected than rounded up.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
